Typically my wife and I will switch off between cooking to where she cooks more during the work week and I cook more on the weekend. Last night I came home from work expecting a casserole as I had mentioned we had stuff that would probably make a good casserole. Well, I was in for quite a treat last night as I came home to find some of the best beef stroganoff I've ever tasted. The sauce was creamy, but not tangy, and it was full of flavor. It had hints of spice, a touch of sweet, and was very balanced. Overall, a great meal!
